Located within a custom home community in a quiet area of town. Only 5 miles to McCarran Airport, 7.5 miles to the Las Vegas Convention Center and 7 miles to the famous Las Vegas strip. Many great restaurants and one of Las Vegas' largest indoor mall.

All rentals to be paid 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if less than 60 days

Other Fees: Refunds: Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation date. $100.00 Cancellation Fee will Be Charged -- NO Exceptions. 60 Days or More Prior to Arrival -- All Funds (except cancellation fee) Will be Refunded. 31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival - 1/2 money Refunded. 30 Days or Less - No Refunds Additional Cleaning Fees for pets, to be determined based on the type, size and amount of pets.

Beautiful house with stunning pool area. Great location with easy access to airport and the Strip. Indoor furnishings in good condition. Outdoor furnishing need some serios spider removal. Pool heater wasn't working and pool was very cold. All in all a great place to stay. Would stay there again if pool heater is working.
