Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

This newly remodeled, 2300 square foot two story home, is located in an exclusive planned community known as Summerlin. The three bedroom, three bath home has a downstairs master bedroom and adjoining master bath. Other amenities include a Formal Living Room that offers guests a unique, quiet and relaxing environment. Here you will find a desk with High Speed Internet access. The intimate Formal Dining area seats six people. The large, fully equipped kitchen has an informal dining area, new appliances, dishes, glassware along with wine and bar accessories and flatware for eight. The attached family room includes comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace and 32" HD Cable Television with DVD/VCR player.

The home has 16 foot cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile flooring and plantation shutters, lending to a spacious atmosphere. Other features of our home include a large Roman soaking tub in the master bathroom. Each bedroom features Sealy Posturepedic PillowTop mattresses, 100% cotton sheets and down pillows. Guest will find luxurious plush towels, hair dryers and makeup mirror in each bathroom as well as AM/FM clock radios in each bedroom. The home has a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We have also provided a video library, children's videos, books and games for our guest.

Our private back yard is very secluded with rose bushes, palm trees and grass area. You will enjoy a six person Therapeutic Hot Tub and gas grill for outdoor cooking. There are two patio dining tables with umbrellas, chase lounge, extra bench seating and a wood burning fire pit.
