FROM $115-*$175/nt (*3 nights minimum stay/charge).
+ $100 Cleaning fee

$2,600/mo(3mos)

Rates are based on the number of days of stay.
Lower rate on longer stays.
Weekly/Monthly rates available.
*Higher rate during holidays/peak seasons.
Special rate during low season.

Confirmed dates and Total Cost of stay amount is FINAL at reservation.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT:
$250 refundable Deposit after satisfactory inspection of home.
$500 Deposit - reservation 4 mos. in advance/major Holidays.
