We stayed for a couple of month in this house and enjoyed it a lot. When we arrived in February, Anja welcomed us very lovely. During the whole time, the owners supported us and their warmth made us forget our homesickness very fast. The house is wonderful and there's a lot of space. It is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. We liked to sit there and take our breakfast. The best place is the backyard which spends a lot of space for relaxation. It's just amazing. There's a big and wonderful pool with jacuzzi and a couple of full-grown trees that provide shadow in the hot season. There also is a weekly pool-service and a gardener kept the order on the whole premises on a regular basis. Those were great included services Anja does not even mention in her description. We liked this house so much and are certain to come back next year. We want to thank Anja and her husband for the nice, comfortable, lovely place and their hospitality.

I was staying at 12.29 2008 ~ 1.12 2009 It was really good place to stay Especially looking for business trip and family vacation, it was very comfortable ans clean This house is not far away from downtown Vegas, if you are looking for place near by Convention center,this is the place. Reastaurant and shopping malls are near by. we stayed 4 people but it is possible can stay up to 7 people If i am coming to Las Vegas again, i will stay again Owner of this house are very friendly Becaus of winter time i can't use swimming pool, but if you plan to come summer, this is perfect vacation house for you

Wonderful is all we can say. My wife and our friends surprised me with a trip to Vegas for my 30th birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better location for us to experience 'Sin City' together. We travel all the time... New Year's in L.A., birthdays in South Beach... Winters in Jamaica and San Salvador, honeymoon in Honolulu... We've stayed just about everywhere in every type of place including other units... This owner and unit was one of the best! Anja was so gracious and helpful while being private and accomodating... As beautiful as the home was, we spent much of our time in the pool area - the fellas playing cards under the covered back deck or grilling up steaks on the built in Charbroil and the ladies sunbathing in between occasional dips in the private pool. Besides being amazing... the location afforded us the opportunity to visit 'The Strip' on a daily basis but escape for some peace and quiet when we'd seen enough... We can't say enough... Thanks Anja for making our stay memorable!!! God Bless

12/08/08 Positive This house was perfect for a Thanksgiving family get-together. The downstairs bedrooms were ideal for my parents and the upstairs master suite was fantastic. The entire home was spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. It's such an amazing floorplan, we loved the look & feel of the home. In addition, our pooches enjoyed daily walks to a large park just one block away. The backyard was also a treat! My dog couldn't wait to search the grounds every morning. Thank-you Anja for your hospitality and sharing this wonderful home.

1/14/09 Positive We have a beautyful stay for 8 nights and fantastic days in this very pleasant and comfortable home. It was not our first stay in Vegas but the first in a private home and we enjoyed it. Peaceful neighbourhood and the short distance to the strip is all we need for our blissfulness. We only can recommend this home.

04/29/08 Positive This house is a treasure. It's clean with beautiful decor and a comfortable bathroom sauna to enjoy! The rooms are suitable for families or groups of friends, and the kitchen has a wonderful island to chat around and there’s a large backyard to for sunbathers to enjoy between swims.

Micki Kozuschek , Hey to all new potential renters We just got back from Vegas .... yeahhh baby. I have to say that this was the best trip to Vegas so far. I have been there many many times. The house is absolutely wonderful and has all you need to get away from the smoke and the AC of the big casinos. Nothing bad to say ... The yard with the gazebo and pool is magical and the inside of the house gave us the same comfort as our 7000square foot house in SLO, CA. It is like an oasis in the desert. Bill & Sherrie Anderson , Everson, WA We stayed at this beautiful home in July of 2008 and had a great time. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. The house was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We spent most of out time outside enjoying the fantastic pool, excellent grilling setup, and lush landscaping. Jason Thomas + family , London, UK We spent a fantastic 2 weeks here in May 2008. The location of the house is superb, in a nice quiet street, but only minutes from lots of restaurants and shops, and only a short walk from a great park (good for the kids). The house itself is very spacious, there was loads of room for us all, and we never felt like we were in each others way. The back of the house is very relaxing and pretty. The pool is large and clean, and the area around the pool means you're never short of space. As for the bbq well that's great! We had many a tasty bbq on it! Anja (the owner) was friendly and helpful, and if you need her she'll help out very quickly. We had a great time there, and can recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying. The only thing I'd like to see next time I come and stay (and I hope I do get a chance to come back!) is the inclusion of a nice large plasma tv! :o)

I stayed at this beautiful home which is very clean and nicely furnished and an amazing large, private backyard with pool and jacuzzi. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 5 minutes from the casino strip. I have recommended to friends and definately will stay here again next time I visit Vegas. It's nice to wake up and make your own coffee and sit by the pool and relax before heading out to shop and go to the casinos...

Not only was this home a joy to stay in, but my dealings with Anja were wonderful. She is so warm and accommodating. I knew that if I had any sort of difficulties that she would have jumped to help me out.
The decor, which shows the warmth of the owner, as well as the large, private back yard makes this a great home away from home.
I had a great experience in renting this home and would recommend it to anyone!
