$300 Reservation/Security Deposit to hold dates on credit card

Deposit refundable after satisfactory condition inspection of property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel forfeits Deposit - NO refunds
Cancel 60 days PRIOR - forfeits 25% of Rental Fee + Deposit
Cancel 30 days PRIOR - forfeits 50% of Rental Fee + Deposit
No refunds for same day cancel, early departures, or no-shows.
Cancellation notice must be in writing by e-mail.
Total Cost and stay amounts as well as confirmed dates of stay are FINAL at reservation.

Required Stay: 2 night min.
Deposits: 50% deposit is require to confirm reservation. Your dates are not held until a deposit is recieved. Full balance is due 30 days before arrival. If cancellation notice is recieved within 5 days from your full deposit day; all monies, except the 20% deposit will be refunded.
Other Fees: There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.00-150.00 non-refundable required per stay and $500.00 refundable security/damage deposit upon booking. Last minute special also available
