Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

Our Home is located approximately 3 miles immediately west of the Strip in between Flamingo Ave and Twain Blvd. It's a minute trip to the Strip via car. We are tucked away in a quiet & secluded cul-de-sac, grocery markets, recommended restaurants and misc. shopping are all literally within minutes of the home. Many of these locations are within walking distance. We are situated in a truly hassle free and central location.

We take much pride in providing a warm, comfortable, sparkling clean and uniquely decorated vacation home in an excellent location. Decorated with import and comfortable furnishings and a definite step above our competition. We care about our guests and your experience in our home and strive to make that a reality for you with both our service and, of course, our unique home.

4 bedrooms, 3 baths, huge pool & patio area with private, peaceful, flat screen tv, stereo, wi-fi internet, streaming movies, (Roku) formal living & dining room, huge social kitchen and floor plan complete with great rates! Idyllic for families or business trips alike for many reasons.

Area Information

Situated in a classic Las Vegas neighborhood minutes immediately west of the central Strip (directly behind Caesar's Palace as the crow flies) and tucked away in a quiet & secluded cul-de-sac. Close enough to the Strip to be there in a matter of minutes yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy peace & quiet and plenty of privacy.

Lots of open space, safe and private for both families on holiday, or business colleagues, many mature trees and landscaping to ensure a "at-home" feeling. Not your ordinary Las Vegas cookie cutter tract home and in a superb location. We're confident you'll tell yourself you made the right decision the minute you walk in our front door.

FAMILY VACATION INLAS VEGAS

Our family experienced home comfort at the same time as being close to the Las Vegas Strip. We relaxed in the extremely clean home, excellent beds, being fully accomodated with all the utensils and amenities possible. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer which functioned at a great efficiency leaving us lots of time to visit all the sights on our lists. Groceries, stores, restaurants only minutes from the quiet neighbourhood, reasonably priced. Back yard, pool providing peace and tranquility, and a place to reflect after a big day of visiting sights. We will be back!!! We were very comfortable and felt secure. WIFI was great to keep in touch with family and friends through our emails for the generation that needed to keep in touch with home.

Beautiful Home with Every Amenity

This house was perfect for us! We had 3 families with 6 adults and 10 kids. Everything was in the kitchen that we could have asked for. The pool was great too! The house is very close to the strip and every other thing you can do in Vegas! I highly recommend this house.

Excellent Location with beautiful decor

The home is located very close to everything we needed for our vacation stay in Las Vegas. We really liked the lay out of the home and all the higher end finishes through out. It is very family friendly and easily accomodated the four of us. We will be returning with more family members at a time when the weather is warmer and we can use that beautiful pool in the back yard! We appreciated how clean the home was and it had all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this home to anyone vacationing in Las Vegas.

My friends and I have been coming to las vegas since 1996 we have stayed in houses and hotels this tme we stayed in a home owned by Mike this was our home for two weeks we had a wonderful time so convieniant for the strip and all over we have never been more welcome or comfortable mike needs to improve his photos as the house is wonderful and could not be improved in any way thanks mike for a wonderful time the idle gang should be six star

The house was very clean, big, well stocked, everything worked. It is close to the strip and close to freeway access for those who want to see the beautiful areas around Vegas. The owner was easy to work with and always available.

A:5-10 minutes - we are tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes away from easy access to the Strip. We are so close yet so far, you will never know the Strip is so close once in our home. An easy "hassle-free" location to be sure!

Q:Are grocery markets close?

A:Yes, the nearest market is less than 5 minutes away - literally right around the corner. Other markets are very close also - just minutes. We provide names & directions to the nearest markets for you.

Q:How far away from the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) ?

A:10 Minutes. We are two short blocks away from Desert Inn Road which leads directly to the Convention Center - it is a easy & simple trip from our home. Very convenient.

Q:How far away from the I-15 Freeway?

A:5 minutes from I-15
We are approximately 3 miles west of the Strip and the I-15 freeway runs parallel to the Strip - short easy access indeed.
