THE “TROPICANA HOUSE”
A wonderful home that is fun and functional! Outside you'll enjoy the large & private yard with tropical landscaping, a large swimming pool, a covered patio, a gas bbq grill and a fenced area with a cover for pets or extra parking (also can be used for parties). Inside there are pool, air hockey and foosball tables as well as two big screen tv's. You'll also find sleeping accomodations for 14 including; 4 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen size, 1 king size and 3 sleeper sofa beds. Each bedroom has a remote control cable tv and ceiling fan. There is a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms and a 2 car garage as well! Of course fresh bedding is supplied for each bed & sleeper sofa and fresh towels, washcloths and basic toiletries are provided in each bathroom. The kitchen includes many amenities including a full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The whole house has high speed wireless internet. All of this is located only 4 miles from the McCarran Internation Airport and 5 miles from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip!
