The house is a great house to rent. It is conveniently located for restaurants, shopping, golfing and a reasonably short drive to the strip. I think it would be great for a family. All the rooms are good size, it has agreat kitchen and big table for eating. The only negative is that it is surrounded by 3 streets, one of which is very busy. The traffic noise is loud in this home.

This is a beautiful house in a nice location, and with a little maintenance, could be a wonderful rental. It is roomy & has a lot of amenities. But the grill had no propane, so the night before a small party, when I checked the grill, we had to move our BBQ (which I had talked about with the owner) to a restaurant! The hot tub didn't get hot (I never got my $120 refund) & the movie room had no TV service (so to use you must go down the street & rent movies). The master bath is great, but the bathroom outlets didn't work & there were light bulbs missing throughout the house. The beds were good, but no mattress pads & the comforters are gross. It sleeps 8, but had silverware for 6 & that only if you use the salad forks, so we had to buy plastic. And with no measuring cup & few mixing/serving pieces, don't plan on cooking much. Even on the walls there were nice frames, but no pictures in them! The owners are basically nice & these are all such minor problems, it is really a shame. A little cash could make it SO much better.

We rented this property from January 1 - 8, 2011. Let me start by saying we have rented houses with pools in Florida and Arizona so we do not have unrealistic expectations. The pictures and descriptions by the owners show a lovely property with ALL amenities. The house is a 3 dressed up as a 9. Carpets were stained badly, bed cover in Master was dirty and stained, crayon marks on the walls, no instructions on operating the theatre. Baseboards not painted, dirty floors. The pictures show a stocked fridge with waters, juices, etc. NONE THERE. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap at all. The plug for the bathroom Jacuzzi didn’t work, wrong size, so as it slowly drained the jets blew water out of the tub, switch was on the other side of the bathroom. We paid for pool heat, he was in CA when we got there, pool was cold, he got back from CA Monday night, took until Thursday to heat the pool to adequate temp. NO propane for the BBQ, said it was up to me although there were 2 empty bottles. I had said in my initial email (available if you want to see it) that we had a late departure on the 8th and we would check out at 3PM, confirmed in telephone conversation on Dec 31. I called him from the airport January 1 as we were leaving Edmonton, Alberta to come down, he said the house was all ready but he didn’t know the access code for the front door so we could get in. He finally called with the code. On the 8th (departure day) we went to the Strat for breakfast and a

This house was nice, but not up to the standards of some of the other houses we have rented, the towels were cheap, the was no toilet paper in some of the bath rooms, it has 2and ½ baths not three, and one of the bedroom did not have a proper door on it, so no privacy The kitchen was not well stocked, we did not have access to the garage which was a bit of a hassle, the owners were nice. But you could tell it was not a second home that they used, but was strictly a rental.
