Super easy access to and from anywhere around town, as the house is located on a corner lot of a main street directly down to the strip. This home has a total living space of 3557 sq. on a two story floor plan. The second floor has the masterbed, an office, one boy's bedroom, one girl's bedroom, a $75k state of the art movie theater. The 1st floor consist of the entertainment room which is fully equip with a pool table, mini bar, large flat panel TV and sofas, adjacent is the dining room, the kitchen, a large nook, a large family room, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. This house is fill with flat panel TV (even the master bath has one). Activities while you stay: take a swim, have a BBQ, shoot some pool, watch a movie in your own luxury movie theater, or get a little work done in the spacious and fully equip office with unlimited high speed internet access. This retreat was just recently renovated with lots and lots of amenities.
