Our home is right across the street from the Spanish Trails GOLF COURSE, and since there is a putting green in the back yard you can warm up before a nice day on the hills. When you get back from a day of sight seeing come home to plenty of rest and relaxation. From the 56' DLP HDTV to just simply enjoying a nice romantic dinner on your very own private balcony and watching the sun set. The house can accommodate six people comfortably. It is gorgeously furnished with comfy bed linens, towels, and other essentials for your visit. The game room includes a POOL TABLE, flat panel tv, and a pull out sofabed that can sleep an extra two people. There is parking available in the 2 car garage or on the street. Why stay in a cramped condo when you can stay in your very own private home with pool and spa?? No pets and no smoking, please. Home is available year round with weekly and nightly rates.

Deposits: 50% of total cost due up front to reserve dates, remainder due 30 days prior to stay.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $175, Pool heating fee $20 per day, fully refundable deposit of $350.

Our Ontario (eastern Canada) relatives and us (Albertans-western Canada) rented this beautiful home for a week. What a wonderful place to stay. The place was well cared for and clean and had all the amenities one needs. The living room and kitchen areas were a wonderful place to spend time together but at the same time, the house plans allowed us to have as much privacy as we wanted as well. Everything about this place was perfect! The strip was just a short drive away. Grocery stores were close by. Red Rock Canyon was close by. The neighbourhood was nice and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

What a beautiful home. We travel as a family of 6 so we find it more economical to rent homes or condos. This home by far trumps all others. We were only 10 to 15 minutes from the strip allowing us peace and quiet after a day and night of the hustle and bustle of the Vegas Strip. We also took a couple of day trips to the Grand Canyon (South Rim), Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam. I would highly recommend renting this home as it is clean, nicely layed out and comfortable. Instead of tripping over each other in a hotel room we had a whole house at our disposal. We shopped at the local grocery store so we often ate breakfast at home before venturing out and the kids could grab a snack /drink whenever they wanted (this is definitely a PLUS when traveling with kids!) The beds were very comfortable and all linens, towels, etc were top notch. The pool, spa and barbeque area looked inviting but we didn't use it with the temps in the low 50s. The home owners are very nice and one could see they take pride in their home. If you do decide to rent this house please be respectful of their home and property. You won't be disappointed.

My family and I stayed at this home over Thanksgiving. It was extremely clean, well decorated and very luxurious. It was particularly nice to escape from the crowds to a private location and to be able to have a simple breakfast or dinner at home. The kids loved the pool, pool table and jacuzzi. The owners were very friendly and responsive. All together a perfect 10.
