This property is located just eight miles from the McCarren Airport and Strip. It is located in a new gated community just minutes from the strip and airport.
It contains one king, one queen, 2 twins and 2 convertibles. Sleeps up to 8 people! This home is decorated to perfection and has it own private roof top deck on the entire 4th floor with an amazing mountain view. The 1st floor patio has a jacuzzi and the 3rd floor and roof top deck are now furnished. This one even has an elevator. So if you don't want to climb the stairs, no worries.
This 4 story haven also contains fully-equipped kitchen, linens provided, cable TV and big screen/flat screen in front room, televisions in each bedroon, washer and dryer, and DSL internet connection!
I have two of these in the same gated community. One contains a jacuzzi and elevator and the other does not.
they are in Walking distance from each other. Great deals when both are rented!!!
