Take a dip in the 32-foot by 16-foot swimming pool w/ free solar heating (supplemental gas pool heater available for an extra fee), and relax in a lounge chair and soak up the Vegas sunshine with a cold beverage served up from the fully-equipped kitchen w/ Marble Countertops, bar stools, etc... If swimming isn't yor thing, then relax in our brand new Spa from Creative Spa Designs with Bromine System. This home also offers something for everyone! Specific amenities include: Cable Service for our Brand New Toshiba 57 inch Flat screen Hi-Def TV w/ Harmon / Kardon Home Entertainment System, DVD.

Our TV / Entertainment system are pre-wired for GameCube. Our hot tub is maintained at a constant 100 degrees w/ hydraulic lift for convenience. The large, private pool is solar heated for free [supplemental gas heating available for extra fee] and is available for use from March thru October and weather permitting. This is all new full kitchen has all new appliances [Jenn-Air]. There is a local land-line phone w/ local calling available in the house. Handicapped Accessible: It does have a small step [about 2 inche]) from the garage, but since it is a Ranch home, it is relatively accessible for the disabled. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Principle renter must be 25 years old or older. This house is geared more towards couples / family / conventioneers, since all the beds are King [1] and Queens [2] and Full [2]. We do have an extra air bed and the sofa is extra long for additional sleeping arrangements. Smoking Not Allowed: Please keep our home smoke free. Thank You

This house is a amazing house, very nice inside. The house isn't very far away from the strip, and close by the house are many shopping plazas. Nice bedrooms, and lovely living room. Enjoyed the pool table the most! Great guy renting the house too.

No More Hotels, June 16, 2009

This was one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. It was so spacious and decorated so well. The layout of the house was very convenient. My family and I are considering a yearly trip to Las Vegas just to stay here again. It was so easy to get to and from the strip and had so many conveniences such as shopping centers, restaurants, etc. I don't think my family and I will ever stay in a hotel for any future vacations. We will probably check your site before booking a hotel. Thank you for making our stay in Las Vegas extra special.
