Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental
Huge and gorgeously newly furnished home is ideal for family vacations,family reunion, golf vacations,convention lodging, corporate rentals or anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the warm Las Vegas weather.
Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished.
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor living room has 18ft ceiling, granite floor decorated with a beautiful marble medallion,
Asian flair furniture. Formal dinning room with hardwood floor has a marble dinning table and beautiful
crystal chandelier. 18 by 18 travertine floor through out kitchen and family room. This gourmet kitchen
has all new stainless steel appliances that include fridge, range, dishwasher, and build-in Microwave oven,
extra deep sink with garbage disposal and artistic faucet, extra wide(37") upgraded granite counter top
is also used for breakfast with bar stools. Next to the kitchen is dining nook with beautifully designed dinette set.
A family room with fireplace, leather furniture, DVD player, and a new 60 inch big screen TV.
Downstairs also has a powder room with new slate flooring.
The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen/family room,with brand new front load washing and dryer.
SECOND FLOOR:
A open space stairs leading to the second floor, with new hardwood floor through out.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and travertine floor in the bathroom with two vanity sinks,big tub and a glass shower room. A french door open up to a den that is equipped with a convertible sofa bed
and a huge L shape desk. From here,you even have a view of the magnificent mountain of the west at Las Vegas thru the 16" tall window in the living room.
The other generous sized three bedrooms are furnished with two queen size and two twin size beds. In addition to central air, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
There is another full bath on the second floor,it is also updated with marble floor and new fixtures.
Outside you can relax in a beautifully landscaped backyard with environmental friendly stone riverbed and strategically placed evergreen.The backyard design creates a very pleasing and relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind.It has a patio set and huge barbecue grill ready for your outdoor party or moonlight dinner.
Area Description
Located in the prestigious and upscale Summerlin NE community, 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Mead, walk to golf course, driving distance to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and only five minutes from three Summerlin casinos: Red Rock(biggest casino outside of Strip), Suncoast and Rampart.
