Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental
This is a single level, absolutely gorgeous property with remote security gates. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is 4000 sq ft and sits on a little over an acre of land. It has a private tennis court, a huge Gazebo with BBQ area, a 55,000 gallon lagoon style swimming pool with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. Theres even fire that can shoot out the top of the waterfall, like the volcano at the Mirage. It is extremely private in the backyard, no one can see in what-so-ever. You only have one neighbor and they are set back a little ways, so its the ultimate wedding property and ultimate property for privacy. Next to us is an empty dirt lot, so we have lots of parking and no HOA. The property also has a mini golf course and a basketball hoop.
Area Description
We are 3 miles west of the strip. You can be there in just 5 minutes. We are about 6 minutes from the Convention Center and about 10 minutes from the airport. We have a walmart close by as well as lots of other shopping.
