Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental
This property is the most beautiful, tropical oasis paradise in all of Las Vegas! It is like having your very own private resort & park all rolled up into one. It is extremely private, it has only 1 neighbor, and they are set back a little ways. It sits on a little over an acre, with a 55,000 gallon lagoon style swimming pool, with waterfalls, and swim up bar. There's an island in the middle of the pool, and a jacuzzi. A tiki palapa hut, park benches, mini golf course, basketball court, private tennis court, the most perfect Wedding or Event Property in ALL of Las Vegas. (No fraternity or wild parties allowed.)
Inside is just as beautiful. It is all i level of custom travertine flooring, low allergen carpet, featuring all the elements of a perfect vacation rental.
We can accommodate groups up to 300. No HOA, parking.
Area Description
We are 3 miles west of the strip, and about an 8 min drive from the airport. A convenient 6 minute drive to the convention center. we are located off of desert inn & jones.
This is the perfect location for a photoshoot, wedding or corporate event. Even a pool party. I can rent by the hour, day, night, week or month.
