Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

It's an exquisite mini-mansion custom built home located in the cul-de-sac on private property. Upon entering guests are greeted by a beautiful and magnificent staircase encompassed with decorative wrought iron. In the kitchen, which has more than 350 sq ft, the solid granite countertops blend well and match both the golden travertine flooring and oak cabinetry. It's a must see! The dining room, family room and living room are also on the first floor.

On the second floor, of this two story house, from the master bedroom suite's balcony the night time views of the Las Vegas skyline are unparalled! Lights from the MGM, Bellagio, Caesars, Palazzo, and the Wynn casinos are in easily visible. The oversized jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing, fits comfortably behind the spacious glass enclosed centerpiece shower. This house easily accommodates large families or a couple of small families. Privacy,seclusion and lots of space! Staying in this house takes you to Las Vegas' next level in comfort & luxury!

Just Enough

We thought the house was great. It was large enough for all six of us to be together when wanted and vice versa. The area the house is in was very quite and in a gated community. Even on Saturday Morning when the neighbor had a yard sale, the traffic didn't bother us at the far end of the street. Kim was friendly, and always answered questions left for her in a timely manner. We didn't have a bit of trouble with payments or refunds. As a matter of fact, she was very helpful as we booked the house rather late and was less then 30 days.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kim (owner) is on top of it. Email communication was prompt and all questions answered. Place is big and roomy. Great kitchen!!! Only thing missing is a pool. We would love to come back.

I've stayed at this house twice, and both times have been nothing but fantastic. This house is in a gated area so you have no fear of getting towed or broke into. The house is a great place for a group of friends and is a great getaway from all the cigarette smoke and slot machines. Only a few minutes away from the strip, great accommodations, and fantastic for anyone staying in Vegas! Will definetly stay here again!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was above and beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was very spacious comfy. The location was perfect. The area was nice, quiet and very convenient. We look forward to many more vacation get-a-ways at this property.
