Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental
There are 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 3 twin beds. We can also provide a queen size air bed. Sleeps up to 10.
The Vegas Oasis home is conveniently located at the end of a quiet cul de sac near the intersection of Charleston and Rainbow. It’s about 10 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip, and about 10 minutes to a new upscale casino resort called Red Rock.
Cable TV and high speed Internet access are included at no additional charge.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry with full sized washer and dryer are stocked with all essential disposables, towels, linens, cooking utensils, and appliances that you'll need. All you'll have to bring is your clothing and fill the fridge with food and your favorite beverages... and Vons grocery store will deliver. Just go online to Vons - they can even deliver!
There is a heated pool, a heated spa and professional grade natural gas BBQ grill in the large back yard for you to enjoy and unwind. Note that if you choose to heat the pool, there is an additional $200 per week (or $40 per night) charge. There is no extra charge to heat the spa.
The outside patio area features a misting system for summer cooling and a patio heater for fall / winter warming !
This home is within just a few blocks of restaurants, grocery stores (Albertson's), video rentals, book store, 24 hour fitness club with pool and childcare (3 blocks away), and public parks (Rainbow Family Park is also 3 blocks from this home.)
Red Rock Canyon State Park is a 15 minute drive straight west on Charleston Blvd, and offers the vivid colors of the Grand Canyon and dramatic vistas. It’s definitely worth a visit. Mount Charleston is a 30 minute drive northwest of Las Vegas (you can be skiing or playing on the snow depending on the time of the year). Valley of Fire State Park is a 75 minute drive northeast of Las Vegas, and contains brilliant formations of eroded sandstone and sand dunes more than 150 million years old. These features, which are the centerpiece of the park's attractions, often appear to be on fire when reflecting the sun's rays.
Hoover Dam is a one hour drive southeast of Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon is about 2 hours south of Hoover Dam. Springs Preserve - springspreserve - is an incredible museum-botanical garden-science lab for all ages, and is 3 miles from this home.
High end shopping and restaurants are located just west on Charleston Blvd. in the Summerlin Area (Cheese Cake Factory, Roy's Hawaiian, PF Chang's etc.) Just north on Rainbow is more shopping and Whole Food groceries, and Joe's Crab Shack with a children's playground.

Less signs would make it perfect

Great location with lots of shopping and good restaurants near by. The house was fantastic - especially the kitchen and master bedroom. (Updating all the TVs to flat panel would be nice, but who's spending their time watching television in Las Vegas, anyway?) The yard/patio is amazing and the pool is great (even if it does need a little tlc to make it beautiful again). Everything was straight forward - A/C, alarm, door lock, pool controls - and anything that wasn't was outlined by signs. Funny thing is, it's the signs that made the stay a little less enjoyable. I understand that Vegas is a party town, and you have to make sure that everyone in the house understands the rules and expectations - even when they may be under the influence. But for a low key family like ours, the barrage of signs were just a constant reminder that we were staying at a 'hotel'. Somehow it just never felt truly comfortable or homey when everywhere you turn, there's another sign reminding you what you should or should not do. But don't let the signs deter you. Highly recommended for an off-strip Vegas vacation.

Wonderful experience

This is not the residence I stayed at on my vacation although I did enquire about it. I did however stay at a different house through your agency and it was absolutely wonderful. It was close to the strip in Vegas as well as amenities it was clean spacious and absolutely beautiful and I would recommend it to friends for sure. We had a party of nine staying in the house and at no time did it feel crowded. We would definitely stay there again

This house was great. There were 6 of us there for a reunion of sorts. The home had everything that you need. It was a little further off the strip than we thought it would be but it was good to be able to get away from the casinos. I would recommend this house.

We rented 3591 Gallup Court in Las Vegas for one week. This is a beautiful house with all the amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. Our son was married on 11-11-11 and all the guys dressed there. The next day we invited friends and family for a BBQ and the patio and back yard were a great backdrop for a wonderful day. The home in 15 minutes to the strip and airport. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone visiting Las Vegas

Love this house! Very plush grounds, wonderful pool and hot tub! My 5 year old son and the rest of my family absolutely 100% enjoyed ourselves while here! I would recommend this house to anyone! We had 6 people and there was more than enough room to have privacy too Just fabulous!

House has a 2 level interior. It was conveniently located in a residential area. Close to local patronized casinos. How ever is not set up for elderly or handicapped persons. There are no hand rails for those to use ,going up or down the stairs. Otherwise, house was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the BBQ.

Lovely stay in Pahrump

The Desert Moon Garden in Pahrump, NV was lovely. It was spacious and clean and well stocked. The (daily) trip to Red Rock Canyon was an easy 45 minute drive. The house was a great place to end each day and I would totally go back the next time I head to Nevada!
