Our Southwest Oasis is a luxury custom built 3 BR 2 bath 2 car attached garage home. Single story on an oversized lot.

This home is near restaurants (Brio Tuscan Grill, Gordon Biersch, Kona Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Grimaldis Pizza and many others), Vons, Albertsons and Whole Foods grocery stores, Wal-Mart, AMC Rainbow Promenade 10 and Century Suncoast movie theatres, and Barnes and Nobles book store.

Comfortably sleeps up to 10. There are three bedrooms (one king bed, and two queen beds) and two bathrooms, master bathroom is equipped with a over size jet massage tub. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa. We can also provide up to one king, and two twin air mattresses.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer are stocked with all essential disposables, soaps, detergents, towels, linens, cooking utensils, and appliances that you will need. We can also provide a playpen and a high chair. All you have to bring is your clothing and fill the bar and fridge... and Vons grocery store will deliver.

When you are not out on the town, you can lounge all day in the large back yard, with huge covered patio, and hot tub. Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, or gather around the fire pit for comfortable night time conversations.

Or hang out in the family room equipped with a full wet bar, wood burning fireplace and large flat screen HDTV. Cable TV and high speed wireless Internet access are provided at no additional cost.

No smoking and no pets in this house, please.

The house is located in the hart of the city, everything is close by just 15 minutes northwest of the Las Vegas strip. 20 minutes to the Las Vegas airport, 10 minutes from North Las Vegas Airport. Major cross streets are Summerlin Expressway & Buffalo. Easy access to Highway 95, Interstate 15, Summerlin Parkway and the entire Las Vegas metro area. 20 minutes to the Vegas airport.

This home is within one mile of restaurants (Joes Crab Shack, Applebees, IHOP, Olive Garden and many others), Vons and Fresh and Easy grocery stores, WalMart, video rentals, United Artists movie theatres, Borders and Barnes & Nobles book stores, and 24 Hour Fitness Center with child care. Charleston Heights City Park is 3 blocks away and offers basketball courts, jogging / walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds and tennis courts.


Red Rock Canyon State Park is a 15 minute drive west of Las Vegas, and offers the colors of the Grand Canyon and dramatic vistas. It is definitely worth a visit. Mount Charleston is a 30 minute drive northwest of Las Vegas. Valley of Fire State Park is a 75 minute drive northeast of Las Vegas, and contains brilliant formations of eroded sandstone and sand dunes more than 150 million years old. These features, which are the centerpiece of the park's attractions, often appear to be on fire when reflecting the sun's rays.


Hoover Dam is a 50 minute drive southeast of Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon is about 2 hours south of Hoover Dam. Springs Preserve - is an incredible museum-botanical garden-science lab for all ages, and is less than 10 minutes from the house.
