Home Rentals Accommodation: Up to 14 Guests
Location: Monterio Home conveniently located just 12 min from Las Vegas Strip.

Living Area: Fully furnished family room with dinning area and comfortable TV lounge. Home equipped with Cable TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. All rooms have ceiling fans. Master bedroom located upstairs and has its own huge bathroom.

Dinning Area/Kitchen: The kitchen is large and fully stocked with all necessary cooking items and glassware. Kitchen also has a coffee maker, grinder, toaster, blender, dishwasher with ice maker, and microwave. Home has separate family dinning area, where your family can enjoy a meal.

Outdoor Area: Swimming Pool

Another family vegas trip

This is the second year we spent our family vacation in Las Vegas in January and also our second year at this great house. January nights here are a little cool, but the daytime temperatures are perfect for sightseeing and viewing the wonders of the strip. We couldn't wait to return to this house... it has everything a large group could want. And the owners are very responsive to any issues that develop. During our stay the microwave broke, and the owners had a replacement there the next morning! A short 10 minute trip gets you to all of the excitement at the strip and Hoover Dam and Red Rocks are also very nearby. Our only regret is that it was too cool to use the pool in the yard. It would be hard to beat the value of this location and we hope to return again next year.

Just came back from Vegas, we had a blast in this home. I will defiantly recommend to all my friends to stay in this house. 1. House has its own private gate 2. Huge living space 3. Unlike other homes that we stayed in Vegas this house has 4 TV’s all over living area, pool table, lounge, and private pool. Thank you. What an incredible vacation house!!! This house has beautiful rooms, a great pool, even a private gate! We came here with three other couples and had the best Vegas vacation we've ever had! The house is immaculate and absolutely stunning! I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a dream house in Vegas!
