Perfectly located at convenient distance for shopping, parks, dining and casinos. About minutes distance to Highway 95 and Highway 215, offers convenient access to major Vegas attractions . Enjoy going south to strip, north Mt. Charleston & the west to the Red Rocks Canyon.

The Centennial Hill Park is located at 5minutes distance featuring 120acres of great Picnic Area, Soccer Field, Sand volley ball courts, Water Play area , Play grounds , Walking/Jogging Paths, Fenced dog parks runs and Amphitheater . The Floyd Lamb Park on Tule Spring is also located at few minutes distance , about 2040 acres including natural deserts area also the grassy trees covered the lawn surroundings 4 small lakes .

The Native deserts wild life and the vegetations can be easily found al throughout the parks . Goose, Chickens, Ducks and the Peacocks are some park residents .

About 34000 square feet club house includes finest restaurants , banquet facility sitting around 500 guests , event lawn , golf school, valet service , pro shop , locker room and the practice facilities with driving ranges and the putting greens .

Wonderful home away from home

Every amenity an adult couple could possibly want and all the comforts and warmth of home. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great neighborhood close enough to entertainment and dining, but not too far from casinos. The perfect get-away for adults who don't necessarily care to be in the hubub.
