This is a wonderful home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms (including the master) have private adjoining bathrooms and all are appointed with new quality furnishings. The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a see through fireplace and a luxurious marble bath.
Downstairs you will find a very large game room with pool table, a juke box entertainment system and a full built in bar. Upstairs you will find another game room with a large poker table, flat screen television and comfortable seating.
This home is a great choice for corporate housing. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax in this home and three levels of entertainment as well. We rent at a minimum of 30 days with an option to extend.
This home boasts upscale appointments and furnishings. Beautiful marble tile flooring and deep pile carpeting is used throughout. Upon entering, you are greeted by a formal living room and dining area make. The very large kitchen connects directly to the informal dining area and game room space.
Down in the basement is a secret hide-a-way home theatre where you can retreat in cool comfort, lay back in your own lounger and enjoy some movies and videos on the built-in system with very large 65 inch LCD screen. The theatre room features very comfortable multi-level seating to enjoy the entertainment.
The backyard at this home offers a spectacular pool and spa with a waterfall, waterslide and a hidden grotto to hide from the midday sun. All are completely computer controlled and operated by a remote control from inside the home. Fitted with a luxury built-in 7 burner Grand Turbo BBQ. The patio is an excellent place to cook while you survey the backyard activities and entertain.
This home is located South Las Vegas where the Strip Casinos and Shopping are a drive of 15 minutes away. Local groceries, restaurants and parks are located within the community and are minutes from the home. Other casino/shopping opportunites are very close by.

I can't say anything more than awesome!!! My wife I really enjoyed our stay! We had 4 other couples with us and this was a retreat for us and totally enjoyed Everything. The pictures are what u get and even more. I've heard horrible experiences with pictures and rentals but this place was the Most beautiful home ever! Everybody I dealt with concerning the rental was really kind like Tina and Anthony in reservations. And our property manager Eric was the best! The ammenities were all working the pool was good times and the house in 3 stories huge with the bottom floor being the theatre room. Just to many things to at the house honestly I rather stay at the house then go to the strip! Even the strip was only minutes away! I love this place and I'm Definetly coming back again! It was a wonderful retreat. There with family to celebrate birthdays and could not have asked for more. Lovely house, pool, and community. Hope to visit again next year.
