This home has been designed and furnished for you to use, enjoy and relax. The bedrooms have low nap Berber carpeting, while the most used areas are all tile or hardwood. There are very adequate and comfortable furnishings.There are more than enough things available to keep you busy. Or areas to just relax in solitude.
This home is like having your own private mini resort. This 4br, 2bth home sits on a 1/4 acre very private cl-de-sac lot. In a really great neighborhood. Great location only minuets, from everything. It is designed to relax and have fun, while being very safe, secure and private. Relax outside under the covered patio, which has 3 ceiling fans, 2 skylights, a small TV and radio. Or sit out in the direct sun for a tan.
Take a dip in the pool or heated spa, which is completely fenced and gated for the safety of the little ones. If you'd like, play a game of shuffle board, hop scotch, or bean bag toss on our outdoor court area.
The only access to the back yard is through the house, either from the kitchen or master bedroom. Let the kids go and play outside without worry. The pool is fenced and they can't get out of the yard, plus no access by outsiders. Natural gas BBQ in the back yard. Court area, pool and BBQ are all lit very well with low volt lighting.
There is 1 garage for our guest, with adequate parking for 4+ vehicles, boat or motor home in the driveway.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a ceiling fan and tv with DVD player. Each has very adequate closet and draw space with plenty of hangers. You should also find 6-8 pillows in each bedroom.
There is a futon w/full size coil spring mattres in the game room. A very comfortable leather sofa in the family room. A recliner in the master bedroom, plus two in the livingroom. There are also 4 sleeping bags and a pack and play potable play pen/crib.
Second bath has full tub and custom tiled shower. Master bath has a corner Jacuzzi tub, with glass block windows and shower. The shower and water closet are handicap accessible, plus a ramp from the garage to the house. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need, pots/pans, dishes/bowls, mugs/glasses, silverware/large utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, dish washer etc.
Family room has, ceiling fan, large HDTV, library with approx. 300 books, small video library approx. 100 discs, electronic dart board.
Home has WIFI, phone with free nationwide calling, no incoming calls. Security, we set the lock from our computer with your private code that will be reset upon your vacating the premises. There is no chance of previous guest gaining access to the home.
THE GAME ROOM has, ceiling fan, tv, remote controlled stereo system, custom built shuffle board table, large table to seat 8+ people, many games and puzzles for kids and adults alike.
We do not accept pets, and it is a non smoking home. I am a smoker and have been over 45 years. I do not smoke in my own home, and we hope you respect our decision to not smoke in the house. We have provided more then enough places and ash trays outside for you to smoke. There is a bench in the front yard w/2 ashtrays. There are seats and ash trays in the court area, patio and BBQ area. There are also folding chairs and ash trays in the garage, to be used during unfavorable conditions outside. If you smoke in the garage please open the garage door at lease 4-5 inches or more. This home is centrally located in one of the most desirable zip codes in Las Vegas. Great neighborhood very private and safe. It is three blocks from rt 215. It is 5-10 mins. to the airport, convention center, strip, outlets, pretty much anything you want to do in town. Within .5 - 1 mile from the house you have grocery stores, drug store, gas stations, gyms, theaters, fast food, fine restaurants,Walmart, spas, banking,all 24/7.
Once you are here you can make me your go to guy, best casinos, best restaurants great food at prices you will be happy with, quick ways to get where you want, good shows at reasonable prices, local attractions for family and kids. What ever you need to know. Just call me no problem.

Las Vegas has one of the newest most advanced road/highway system you will find anyplace in the country. We are located only minuets from everything, but not close enough to be concerned with the less desirable elements/areas of town.
