Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

Renovated (2011) luxurious 7 Bedroom 5 Bathroom with a large private heated pool (20x40) and private heated jetted spa/hot tub. The home has a pool table and a sand volley ball court. It has a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances -- two dishwashers, double oven, warming drawer and refrigerator. Blackout curtains in all the bedrooms so you can party all night and sleep all day!! Large lot with a gated backyard.

There are five bedrooms with a king bed, one bedroom with two king beds and one bedroom with two queen beds. All the beds have premium mattresses with luxury 600 thread count linens. Easily sleeps 18 people. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable/satellite connection. The living room has a stone fireplace and has a 55 inch flat screen with cable/satellite.

Seat all your friends and family at the large granite dining table. Free wireless internet. Travertine and Hardwood floors throughout house - no carpet anywhere!! Venetian plastered walls.

Very nice home with lots of room.

This home offers everything you would want in a vacation home: plenty of rooms and beds (great for a large group with all the beds and bathrooms), great recreation in pool, hot tub, volleyball, game room. Unless you have a pool of your own make sure you ask for specific pool heating instructions as it was a little confusing. This home is a long way from the strip not as far as from downtown so keep that in mind. The access to the intersates was easy as it was off a major side street with any store/resturant nearby. It was clear that this has been a rental for some time as nothing in the home is in great shape but I didn't mind as we were only there for 4 days but if you are staying a long time I think you would start to feel the lack of everyday upkeep. The home was nicely cleaned by the crew though. The management group was very good about keeping up with communication and issues so that was a big plus. Overall this was a really nice home and a good experience but we would definately want to stay closer to the strip next time but that is just my preference.
