Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

Unique modern Las Vegas House within walking distance to the Strip (by the Premium Outlet Mall).

NEW --- A new large room with a Theater screen, large couch, and dance stage with pole has just been completed adding another 650sf to the house size. The house is now over 5,500sf!

Weddings, Receptions, Parties, Corporate Events OK --- This property is perfect for your large function - the home is designed for entertaining. Enjoy the Bar, Blackjack Table, Slot Machines (Decoration Only), Pool Table, Rooftop Spa (heated), Pool (optional propane gas heating) and unique decor straight from classic Vegas hotels. There are many entertainment areas in the house with multiple large sitting areas, including a 10' screen and a 3000 watt surround sound system with 8 subwoofers and a bar!

There are many black lights and some colored lights in the house so it is somewhat dark in areas of the house (like a nightclub). This is an entertaining house and is not considered an "Ultra-Luxury" property.

The owner of the property has a large Excursion limo that seats 18-20 and is yours to use during your stay (you just need to tip the driver - $100/hr highly recommended with 1 hour minimum). We can even pick you up from the airport when you arrive in Las Vegas!

While there are just 4 bedrooms, there are many large rooms that can be used as sleeping areas (on couches or airbeds)

Beds: 1 King, 6 Queens, 1 Futon

This house is located right next door to our South Strip Luxury - perfect if you need a 2nd house that sleeps ALOT (about 14 beds).

Location - Property Area (A) to Mandalay Bay Hotel (B) = 2.7 miles

Additional Event Fees (extra fee is for each night an event is held during the rental period) ...

1) 50 or less on site & a 3+ night rental - $750 extra (includes 1-2 doormen during event)
2) 50-100 on site & a 3+ night rental - $1,500 extra (includes 2-4 doormen during event)
3) 100-150 on site & a 3+ night rental - $2,250 extra (includes 4-6 doormen during event)
4) 150-200 on site & a 3+ night rental - $3,000 extra (includes 4-6 doormen during event)
5) 200-300 on site & a 3+ night rental - $3,750 extra (includes 6-8 doormen during event)

24 Hour rental (you choose the check-in/check-out time) with an event at the property ...
