Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental

This house is located just off the South Strip about 3 miles from Mandalay Bay and less then 1 mile from the Airport Rental Car Center. South Strip Luxury offers the opportunity to be near the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas while maintaining the privacy everyone desires. The single story 5,100+ sf home consists of seven bedrooms of affordable luxury (includes the Casita), and is only moments from the Strip casinos. It is on a 1/2 acre and is very private and secluded

This very large and very open floorplan home is easily suitable for groups of as many as 26 people. There are six bedrooms in the main house and a separate Casita. One of the bedrooms contains futons and doubles as a Theater - see album pictures below.

The large and wide open backyard offers a sparkling pool (solar heated only - no gas heater), slide, built in barbeque and palapa covered area with a swing. There is also a large sports court with a basketball goal.

This home also features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, 3 fireplaces (2 gas indoors and a wood burning one outdoors).

This property is ideal for small weddings, family reunions, or special corporate events and other gatherings - NOTE: Limit of 50 people for events.
