The first floor also has a full kitchen,dining nook and breakfast counter. All linens and towels are provided including a washer and dryer.Also your own 2 car garage.

Located 5 minutes from one of biggest and most upscale Casinos in the Las Vegas valley. The Santa fe Station which just under went a massive expansion includes a theater complex, the Feast buffet, a stunning state of the art Race and sports book, and 1000's of machines.

I and my wife own and maintain the condo our selves. We live right near by and are available at a moments notice. Keyless entry allows Guests to arrive even late at night.
The Strip is only 15 minutes away! Easy access to freeways. You ''''''re also not far from Mt Charleston, Red rock canyon, and The Las Vegas Motor speedway.

This townhouse is located in a gated community, right off of Rancho, very convenient to everything. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The central a/c worked great, and there were window units in 2 upstair bedrooms with afternoon sun exposure, we stayed very cool. The kitchen was well furnished, it even has a bottled water cooler. The home also came with a laptop, and a killer flatscreen TV, TV's everywhere! The complex has a nice pool, and 2 hot whirlpools. We stayed a week, then went to the Golden Nugget, I would have rather stayed at this townhouse the rest of my Las Vegas visit. You will be pleased with this unit, it felt like home.

This home was everything we expected and more. Very spacious, clean and well supplied with all your needs including paper towels and toilet tissue. Owners were readily available for any questions or concerns. Only 15 minutes from the Strip but had lots of shopping, restaurants and even a few casino's very near by. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommadations and the owners were terrific. I would strongly reccommend this property. The owmers made our stay very pleasant. The location is only about 15 minutes from the strip. I would encourage the renter to learn to travel Vegas without utlizing the major roadways. Strongly recommend. It was like home quite, clean, and very accessiable to the surrounding areas.
