Welcome home to Moonlight Ranch! This Sunrise Mountain vacation rental is perfect for your Vegas vacation. Everyone from the Cosbys to the Bundys will enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home with amazing Strip views. Moonlight Ranch is tucked away near sprawling desert mountains in a gated community less than 9 miles from the Strip. Moonlight Ranch offers privacy and a real home feeling to its guests, with everything you need awaiting you.

This rental is also quite suitable for business travelers who would enjoy a peaceful location. There is convenient access to the Convention Center, the Strip, downtown Las Vegas, UNLV, Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Sam Boyd Stadium and Henderson.

The living room features a 62” television with cable and ample seating- complete with a Lazy Boy so you can really get comfortable. There is a book library, with materials for adults and children, as well as a DVD library, with over 100 titles for adults, family and children.

This house is great for entertaining, with the open layout of the kitchen, dining and living areas. Smoking is not allowed in the house and is permitted on the patio only.

The large master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in closet. The balcony off the master bedroom has a great city view. Queen size bed, reading lamps, rocking chair and ceiling fan.

We also keep a queen sized raised inflatable mattress in the closet, with linens, which can be set up downstairs to accomodate more guests.

Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed, reading lamp and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed (twin size mattresses) and ceiling fan.

Moonlight Ranch is a pet-friendly vacation rental.

New Years rates are $200/night, with a minimum of a 4 night stay required.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are regular rates.

Staying at Moonlight Ranch gives you an excellent home to return to at night after a busy day. Three locals casinos are within a 10 minute drive, the Strip is 15-20 minutes away depending on the time of day.

There is a recreation center about 2 minutes from the house, and a nice family park where people often go to exercise is less than 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, Target and Kohls are about 7 minutes from the house.
