This classic 60's contemporary villa for a classic Las Vegas Villa vacation features floor to ceiling windows in dining/family room and master suite overlooking the 18th green with beautiful trees and acres of lawn to view, quiet and secure and only steps to clubhouse and restaurant. 2,400 sq. ft. home on a 1/4 acre fenced yard with pool, jacuzzi and lawn. It is a 10 minute (or less) taxi ride or drive to the strip or downtown. Totally secluded in a long established well kept neighborhood. The living room features floor to ceiling windows to the atrium and 42" HD Plasma TV. HD cable,DVR, HBO, Showtime, and OnDemand included. There is a new cruiser bike for your pleasure and all playstation 2, super nintendo, nintendo equipment, a treadmill and a pilates machine and work out videos, DVD's and excersize pads. There is a Jacuzzi in the master bath and a full sauna off of master bath. There are two fireplaces, one gas in family room and a wood burning in master. There are tikki lights around the pool and two BBQ's, one gas and one charcoal built in by pool. There is patio furniture and umbrella, and a roll out awning to get away from the sun if needed. There is covered enclosed parking along with a one car garage and large driveway for up to 4 cars in front.
The jacuzzi pool side has seperate heat for your pleasure.
The fountain entry with floor to cieling windows has a garden feel with patio furniture and plants blooming summer and winter.

It was a good decision for us to rent a house in Vegas specially since we were a family of 8 with three young kids. The house of Sharilyn was a HOME away from Home and was everything and more than what we hoped for. Although there was a major issue with the pool in the beginning the sincerity and effort given to fix the problem was highly appreciated. The place was comfortable and was driving proximity to everywhere we wanted to go to. It was nice to have a home base as we went on our long drives. We always looked forward to going back to the house where we could rest and relax together. We definitely would recommend this to other family and friends as this is one vacation we shall never forget.

We stayed in this home for a few days with our family. It was very clean and spacious. The best vacation we have ever had. Our kids never had to see the dirty hotels in Vegas, as this house had everything. Video games, pool, and Cable for the kids. My spouse enjoyed the master bedroom. The owner was very nice and made sure we had all we needed. I will recommend this house to all our friends and family.

The house was large enough for a family of 6 to sleep comfortably, the amenities were plentiful and the owners were very responsive to any needs. The cost was reasonable and definitely saved us $$ when compared to having to rent 2 rooms and eating out every meal. The pool area could use some updating but all in all was very enjoyable and we had no complaints. I would recommend this property to any family that wants to be in Vegas but off the strip. You definitely need a vehicle.

If you love to travel but are tired of staying in stuffy hotel rooms then this is perfect for you. My husband and I enjoyed the space that this home offfers. It truly was a luxury to have a private pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill..and so much more! It was also very nice to day travel without all the traffic from the strip!!
