This lovely one story beach house consist of 4 tastefully furnished, tiled,ground floor apartments.Full kitchens with fridge,stove,microwave,toaster,coffeemaker,dishes.Wirel ess internet .Gas Grill outside.Outside patio courtyard ,and coin operated washer & dryer in back of building.Walk to everywhere,2 blks to beach ,shopping cafe's ,supermarket,church, tennis court,etc..No car needed here.Julyto December rate $1600 month plus 6% lodging tax.Also 1 bedroom 1bath available $1250 month.

Area Information

This one and a half mile town of Lauderdale by the sea ,was voted Prettiest small town in America.It's located at the North end of the city of Fort Lauderdale.Beautiful town that has everything within walking distance.

Very comfortable, excellent location for beach, resturants and entertainment. All within walking distance. Only negative was the coffee pot. It needs to be replaced so if that is the only complaint..............it doesn't really count. Very affordable! Will stay again

This place is wonderful, even better than expected. Clean, quiet, close to the beach and a very nice area. Pots and pans, coffee maker, towels and more provided, no baking pans, but otherwise fantastic. Clean appliances, apartment smells clean, too. Privacy windows are a plus, comfortable outdoor area. Airy and spacious. Everything is in good repair, was definitely a home away from home. Really can't say enough great things about the place.

As the other reviews mentioned, apartment is in a great quiet location, very close to the beach, grocery stores, own parking, some night life and very clean. The gas grill was a plus with shared patio seating with the three other apartments. The wireless internet was fast and much appreciated. Would strongly recommend to others looking for a rental.

We stay 1 week in this house without any problem. The owner is a wonderful person, we suggest to go in her apartment. The house is very near to the beach and to the commercial center. We hope to come there very soon!!!!!

Great location near beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, plus a playground that our daughter loved. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a great choice if you're vacationing in the area. Apartment was comfy and quiet. High-speed internet access a plus, too! I can't go on vacation anymore without the Internet to look up directions and reviews! I have stayed in other condo rentals where the owners/other guests have left a small selection of books/videos/toys/etc. None of that here, so bring your own entertainment. Still a good location at a good price.
