Description of the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea vacation home rental

Welcome to Casa Mar. This wonderful and extremely private Four Bedroom waterfront vacation home (with custom heated pool) is situated just a few short blocks from the ocean in the prestigious beachside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. The property is newly renovated and has been custom designed and furnished by the property owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. The home is situated on the direct intracoastal waterway and offers breathtaking views of the non-stop boating activity that South Florida is known for throughout the world. You will not want to leave the rear yard.

The property offers a large open floorplan with the entire rear portion of the home offering floor to ceiling windows overlooking the custom heated pool and intracoastal waterway. The living room is quite spacious and offers a leather sectional sofa, coffee table and 47” plasma television. There is also a secondary living area with a full size leather futon sofa. The dining room offers seating for eight, as well as breathtaking views of the waterway. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation.

The master suite is spacious (not to mention extremely private) and offers a king size bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a plasma television. The master bathroom has undergone a complete renovation and offers a fantastic custom walk-in shower, marble vanity sink and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a plasma television. Bedroom three offers a queen size bed, nightstand and a plasma television. Bedroom four offers two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser and a plasma television.

The second bathroom has also undergone a complete renovation and offers a beautiful custom shower, new flooring and a granite vanity sink. The home also offers a full size laundry facility.

The rear yard is spacious and extremely private, offering a custom heated swimming pool with an outdoor patio table and chairs, and a new stainless bbq.

Some of Florida's finest restaurants and shopping are a short distance away.

This one has it all!! Sleeps 8 comfortably and is able to sleep 10 with aero bed. Pack-n-Play crib available upon request.

Excellent home..fantastic view

I recommend this home to everyone it makes a vacation that much better.also Jason and his lovely wife are fantastic people to deal with.I won't rent from anyone else again,I rent 3 different homes from them from Jan.25-feb.23 and every home is better then the next.
