Welcome to Villa Santa Barbara! This stunning 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom waterfront property is newly constructed and has recently been professionally furnished by the owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. The home is situated on the intracoastal waterway in the Lauderdale by the Sea / Pompano Beach area and is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a private foyer with tumbled marble floors which lead to the first bedroom suite. The first bedroom is both extremely large and private and offers a queen size bed, nightstand and dresser, as well as two sets of eight foot sliding glass doors which lead to the private pool area. There is also a full size bathroom and laundry facility on the ground floor.

Upon reaching the second floor, you are greeted by a wonderful open granite kitchen with breakfast counter and barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and virtually every amenity you will need. The dining table offers seating for six. The living area is luxuriously furnished and offers a leather sectional couch and a 42" LCD television with dvd player. The living area also offers eight foot windows which overlook both the private pool and the stunning canal/intracoastal waterway below. The second bedroom suite is also located on this floor and is equipped with a full size bed, nightstand and dresser, as well as a full size bathroom with custom shower.

The third floor master suite is extremely private and offers a king size bed with two nightstands and a full size dresser, as well as breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway. You will not want to get out of bed in the morning! There is a 42" LCD television with a dvd player. The master bath offers a custom walk-in shower, a separate private bathtub and a long granite counter with dual sinks and a make-up area. The fourth bedroom offers two single beds, a nightstand and dresser, as well as a private, full size, fourth bathroom.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything the greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
