Welcome to Villa Vista! This breathtaking 3 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Mediterranean residence is the very definition of a luxury vacation home. Custom built and recently completed in 2008, Villa Vista is situated one block from the beach and downtown area in picturesque Lauderdale By The Sea. This home features a spectacular 1200 square foot rooftop terrace which offers direct city and ocean views!



Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a large open foyer with marble flooring throughout. There is a full size bathroom with a custom marble shower. The laundry area is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The large and extremely open kitchen offers granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There is also an elevated breakfast counter with barstools, as well as a separate dining table. The living room offers two couches with a television and entertainment center. There are eight foot sliding glass doors off the living room which lead to the large covered terrace and rear yard.



The second floor offers an extremely spacious and private master suite, equipped with a queen size bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a television with entertainment center. The master also offers eight foot sliding glass doors which lead to a private, covered balcony which overlooks the rear yard. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi spa, separate marble walk-in shower and separate marble vanities. Bedroom two is equipped with a queen size bed, two nightstands and a dresser. There are eight foot sliding glass doors which lead to an oversized covered balcony with direct eastern exposure. The second bathroom is equipped with a custom marble shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, nightstand and dresser. The third bathroom is equipped with a marble shower.
