This 2150 sq. ft. mediterrean inspired townhouse, sits in a quiet residential area, 300 ft. from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, large living room, cable tv, modern kitchen and appliances, covered patio with gas barbecue, pool and jacuzzi. Completely furnished for a grand vacation.It sleeps 6.... and it's big enough to give each person or couples their own private space. Townhouse #1 has 3 queen beds and Townhouse #2 has 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 double beds.

Area Description
A few steps out the street and around the corner is the village of Lauderdale by the Sea, a best kept secret of Florida. There are fantastic restaurants, cafes, ice cream and chocolate parlor, small parks, walks, biking, fishing pier with rental poles and bait, and miles of white sandy beach. Every Friday and Saturday nights there are live entertainment and dancing in a closed street portion of the village plaza, and belly dancing at Athena Greek restaurant.Late Friday afternoon, there is free whole roast pig appetizer at Aruba, a lively restaurant right at the beach. They have live entertainers every night. Also anchoring the plaza is Ocean 101...well known for great gourmet pizzas and great seafood and grilled meats, and Village grill, for sumptuous seafood, steak and contemporary fare. If you like fresh seafood, you can buy fish direct from fishing boats, about 10 minutes away at Hillsboro Inlet. And if golf is your game, the public Pompano golf couse is 15 minutes away.If your looking for more excitement, your only 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale waterfront and Las Olas Boulevard... and 45 minutes from Miami's famous South Beach.
