Welcome to Villa Ravello, Lauderdale By The Sea's finest five star luxury 4 bedroom (private pool) vacation home. If you are looking for a first class property, in an ideal beach area setting, look no further.

Situated alongside five newer construction properties, Villa Ravello offers Four Bedrooms with Three Full and One Half Bathroom(s). Villa Ravello is a corner property offering desired privacy. Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer with beautiful tile flooring throughout, as well as a downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite full size bathroom. The large and extremely open chef's style kitchen is truly breathtaking and is equipped with everything one would desire while on vacation: Granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, not to mention a double wide refrigerator and freezer. The elevated granite kitchen counter bar is extremely wide and spacious, offering dining four. In the kitchen there is also a round glass breakfast table offering seating for four. Also located on the ground floor off of the kitchen, is a walk in laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer with sink.The formal dining table offers seating for eight. The home seats sixteen people all together for dining. The living room offers a spacious leather sofa with love seat and coffee. The entertainment center offers a 47 inch lcd television with dvd player. The living area also offers an addition sleeping area with a full size futon. The half bathroom/cabana bath is located off the living room and provides direct access to the pool area. The covered lanai and pool area is easily accessed from the living room french doors as well. The rear yard offers a wonderful, custom private pool, as well as a patio dining table for four. In addition, there are poolside chaise lounge chairs and a bbq.

The second floor offers a spacious and extremely private master suite, equipped with a king size bed, two night stands, a full size dresser and a plasma television with entertainment center. The spacious master bedroom also offers a beautiful sitting area with a leather love seat and two chairs (just in case you need a break from the family). The master bathroom resembles that of a luxury spa, offering a full size Roman tub, a separate walk in shower and two vanities. Bedroom three upstairs, offers a queen size bed, two night stands and a full size dresser with a flat screen TV.

Bedroom four is located on the second floor and offers two twin size beds and a night stands. All of the custom closets provide shelving and hanging space. The second floor full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with a dual sink vanity.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home is fully equipped with cable television, free phone service in the US and Canada and wireless internet service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available upon request.
