Description of the Laughlin vacation home rental

Beautiful 2000 Sq. Ft. ranch home located "on the Island" in Desert Springs Fairways with an enclosed backyard and overlooking the par 3 14th fairway of the Mojave Resort Golf Course. The backyard includes patio furniture, a portable fire pit and charcoal BBQ. If you want to take a break from watching the golfers, a regulation pool table is setup in the garage for your enjoyment.

Note: Desert Springs Fairways is a 55+ community. Verification that at least one guest is age 55 or older must provided at contract signing.

We had a wonderful, wonderful time here

This was the most enjoyable vacation in Laughlin we have ever had. The home is beautiful and the owners provide everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. There is so much to do here for entertainment. You can visit the casinos just minutes away for gaming, entertainment, and dining. You can golf, play tennis, exercise, take in the river activities or the desert activities, go to the show, sightsee nearby locations, and shop! Or you can just stay at home and relax in the comfort of the home or on the patio watching the golfers go by. The community is great and the neighbors are very friendly. The owners are so easy to work with and want you to enjoy your visit. We didn't want to leave! We cannot recommend this home too highly!!
