Description of the Lavallette vacation home rental

This large, ocean block home is an old fashioned beach cottage that has been owned by our family for over 40 years. It is perfect for a FAMILY REUNION or a TWO FAMILY RENTAL.

On the first floor, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and an enclosed porch/tv room. Two televisions with premium cable are located on the first floor.

The second floor consists of 6 bedrooms, and 1/2 bathroom.

Each room has a ceiling fan, and many rooms have window air conditioners.

There is an outdoor shower, and large covered patio with a gas grill at the rear of the house. On the other side of the patio is the rear apartment, which consists of a full bath, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. There is a third tv with premium cable in this room. It is an ideal space for older adults, new parents with a baby, or teens.

The basement has a WASHER and DRYER as well as an additional refridge and freezer.
