Description of the Lavallette vacation home rental
***Hurricane Sandy Update***
Our street was very fortunate, and suffered little damage other than wind and rain.
The combination of tall dunes, and slight incline of our street protected the houses from the waves and flooding.
The physical structure is intact, and the house is habitable. We are in the process of replacing our roof, the kitchen, and some ceilings. Many rooms will be repainted.
Our house will be available for rent by the beginning of June.
This large, ocean block home is an old fashioned beach cottage that has been owned by our family for over 40 years. It is perfect for a FAMILY REUNION or a TWO FAMILY RENTAL.
On the first floor, you will find a new kitchen with granite countertops,living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath,(with stall shower), and an enclosed porch/tv room. Two televisions with premium cable are located on the first floor.
The second floor consists of 6 bedrooms, and 1/2 bathroom.
The house has central air, and almost every room has a ceiling fan.
There is an outdoor shower, two round patio tables,and large covered patio with a gas grill at the rear of the house. On the other side of the patio is the rear cottage, which consists of one full bath, (with stall shower', and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. There is a third tv with premium cable in this room. It is an ideal space for older adults, new parents with a baby, or teens.
The basement has a WASHER and DRYER.
Tenant must secure and pay for their own cleaning service. A list will be provided.
