Other Vacation Rental Amenities

The views from the deck are awesome. You can watch the sun come up on CO's tallest mountian range while eating breakfast on the deck or in the dining room. There are jeep trails close for fourwheeling too. There are also many hiking and biking trails. Plenty of great fishing also.

Awesome home

We had a great stay at this home in an awesome location out of town. It had much room and can hold several people with the bedrooms and 2 living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck and view is such a great amenity in this home. Couldn't get enough of the view and watched several rain storms come across the mountain range. Beautiful. Hot tub and pool table were enjoyed much by our group. Back yard fencing even held our 2 chihuahuas for little outings. The house sits in an aspen grove with a small lake close by for wonderful walks. Lots of parking even for our trailers, although does require some backing in. Saw a beaver in the beaver ponds, deer, coyotes, and had much fun watching the hummingbirds. Recommend for groups that want some peace and quiet, and want to stay out of the busy town. Close enough to town to get there in 10 minutes.

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed.The kitchen was stocked with everything I had thought of bringing from home.(Lg. griddle,crock pot.electric skillet,even an identical blue roaster that I use all the time at home). We had 12 in our group.Age 2-58.Lots of beds. Loads of towels and bedding.The washer and dryer on sight was a huge plus. The hot tub and pool table provided lots of family time. The nearby lake was perfect for family fishing and kite flying.Thanks for a great time!

Ski Trip to Skicooper/Vail

We had a wonderful time. The house was large and spacious. It allowed our very large group to have a place to relax and enjoy each other. The house is convenient to ski cooper as well as the other ski resorts on I-70 - Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek. The house was a very good value to be able to reach these other ski areas without the high cost per night. The house has a pool table and hot tub which provided just the right kind of relaxation and entertainment. We cooked all our meals at the house, the kitchen was fully equipped handle it all. My only criticism of the house was the bath room/hot water situation. There is one very nice bath within the bedroom on the main level. The other bath is in the lower level with the rest of the bedrooms. There is only a 40 gal. electric hot water heater. One person can take a 10 min shower - then the water goes cold and you have to wait an hour before the next person can shower. The lower level shower temperature control does not seem to be working. If that is not an issue - the house is a great value.

What a beautiful home you have that's surrounded by so much beauty. Leadville Colorado, the mountains, lakes and rivers along with being able to stay in your beautiful home was the best vacation we've had in a while. We loved the area and how peaceful and beautiful it was. Waking up to clean mountain air and drinking coffee in the mornings on your deck that faces the beautiful mountains was like something in a dream. I will be writting about this on my FB wall and sharing pictures with friends and family of the wonderful vacation in Leadville Colorado and where we stayed and called home for a week. All the comforts of home, right down to the soft quilts that warmed us. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. Loved the hot tub!
