Located just one mile to downtown Leavenworth, this home is perfect for your family getaway to Leavenworth. Away from the crowds, but just one minute by car, 5 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes by foot, you can enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer. This home boasts incredible mountain views from your living, dining and kitchen. Large dining table with leafs to fit up to 10 people, large screen TV, Wii console, surround sound system, five disk DVD/CD player, full size washer/dryer, fully equiped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and tile floor. Huge master suite with skylight, queen bed, glass doors to private deck, double sink master bath with double headed shower and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom with gorgeous mountain views, skylight, double bed and French doors. 3rd bedroom with twin beds & ipod station. Bonus room/area with table for games. Aero Bed provided so home can sleep up to 8 people. Tons of games provided, small library of great books, two car detached garage with ping pong table. Sorry, no pets and/or Smoking.

It is a four season getaway and the area offers a wonderful golf course in the summer and cross country skiiing in the winter and alpine skiing just 35 minutes away. Ski Hill offers a rope tow for alpine skiing and a tube run. Wine tasting, museums, mountain biking, wagon rides, horse back riding, family fun center; scenic flights, fishing and hunting, culture experiences, performing arts, rafting, kayaking, birding, climbing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snow mobile, snowcat tours, sleigh rides, plus such events as theater performances, and music concerts. You will enjoy the many shops in Leavenworth and the kids will love the sledding hill in downtown.

Winter Retreat

This place is absolutely fabulous. It has so many little touches that tells you a lot thought and consideration has gone into the place. We fell right at home the moment we arrived. The kitchen is the most spacious and best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. The view from the living room is breathtaking. Finally the location of the home has good balance between proximity to downtown and privacy. Although we visited during the winter, this home would serve well also as a summer retreat location.

Perfect House for a Perfect Weekend

Great house that provides an expansive layout for lots of privacy. The downstairs is situated great for family gathering and the kitchen/dining areas are big. The house provided us with a great Christmas day experience that will live in our memory for a long time, especially the lil' ones who had a blast sledding with the Xmas snowfall.

Delightful home away from home!

Our family of 7 stayed in this home for one of the Winter Festival weekends. The house is clean, spacious and very charming. The homeowners have done a remarkable job providing a variety of family entertainment, including art supplies, board games and a Wii. The children especially enjoyed having a ping pong tournament in the detached garage. The kitchen was well-supplied with anything you would need to prepare and serve a meal for a large group. The beds were comfortable too! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable winter getaway.
