nice stay with some disappointments

The Vagnerhaus was comfortable, but the 2 tv sets in the bedrooms didn't work. Also, there were 6 of us, but the place claims to sleep 7. If we had 7 one would have had to sleep on the floor because there were 2 queens and one full size futon that was partially broken and very unstable. The place was very well insulated (no noise form neighboors at all) and VERY warm (we even had to turn the heat off sometimes because it was quite warm inside). One thing that I would DEFINITELY recommend is to get some new pans. The frying pans were so badly scratched that it is really not safe nor sanitary to cook on them. You could go to any Goodwill and get frying pans in much better shape for a couple of bucks. The surface of the pans is completely destroyed and the black teflon stuff gets in the food. Also, I would strongly recommend putting signs on the parking spaces that clearly say others MAY NOT park there. We got home one night and someone was in our space. We had to write notes to get them to move, which they did, but if they had gone in for the night we wouldn't have had parking. It's part of the rental property and should be marked as such. Thank you, in general we had a good time, but some things could be easily improved.

The condo was everything that the ad claimed,clean,comfortable,convenient and affordabley priced. We walked to almost everything we did. We had a great time and would stay there again if we go back to Leavenworth.

The facility was great for a short or long stay, although the beds were a bit on the hard side. I completely understand the rules but felt a bit over cautious about making sure nothing went wrong.

Overall I had a good stay. The hottub was a little dirty and the property was located behind another with only a small space between the two so there were no nice views. It was clean and large and the kitchen had all the stuff I needed. A little ridculous to have to take out trash and take the bed linens down when you are already charged extra for cleaning.

The location was great! Unit was very comfortable and clean. My only criticism was that the kitchen was lacking in utensils. No pots and pans to speak of; no wine glasses; not many regular glasses. It made cooking a challenge.

Disappointed with service

The condo was GREAT. The customer service will NOT have us returning. The hot tub did not work and the BBQ grill was out of gas the three days that we were there.
