Discover Leesburg Florida - onsite golf, Orlando attractions, Fishing, relaxing. New home in gated golf course community available for your Florida vacation. Enjoy the many community ammenities available - 3 large pools, 3 Hot tubs, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, fitness center,bocce ball, catch & release fishing ponds and pickle ball. Join in as many of the organized activities as desired or just relax by the pool and hot tub. The home is new and built from cement block with stucco finish. It has 2 bedrooms and a den equipped with a sleeper sofa.Very open design with an integrated kitchen, dining nook and great room. Professionally decorated and equipped with all new furniture in 2006 when the house was completed.Large master bedroom with king size bed and a walk in closet. Spacious master bathroom with a large glassed in shower. The second bedroom is good size with a queen bed. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower with glass doors. The Laundry room off the kitchen is equipped with a new washer and dryer.Large 2 car garage with seperate space for a golf cart. The screened in porch is furnished and a great place to enjoy the sunshine. We allow smoking on the porch if so inclined.

Area Description

Leesburg is located in Lake County. There are over 200 lakes in the area. Many of our guests enjoy renting pontoon boats nearby for cruising or fishing. The terrain is gently roling not flat like most of Florida. Your family can drive 45 minutes into Orlando to enjoy Disney and the other attractions then escape back to the peacefulness of our gated community.Very good variety of restaurants in the area from casual to fine dining. The community also has an onsite restaurant serving good food and adult beverages so if you don't feel like going out - don't.
