This cozy home is located on a canal less then 1/2 mile to Lake Eustis and the Chain of Lakes, which has some of the best Bass, Crappie and striped Bass fishing in the country. This property offers your own boat dock and lift, with dining and entertainment just a short boat ride away. This beautiful home is a 3/2 split floor plan, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sun room, TV and plenty of parking space. The house has 1800 square feet under air and a full size two car garage.

The home is located within one hour of Disney and approximately 20 minutes to historical mount Dora.
