Description of the Lehi vacation home rental
You can relax in your master bedroom or soak your stresses away in our jetted Jacuzzi Tub; the bathroom also has a separate Shower big enough for two, two sinks and large closet with linens.
A Gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig single cup coffee maker and an assortment of gourmet coffees, teas and hot chocolate with condiments. You can relax in our Theater room, which boast a 12' by 9' movie Screen, a video library of new and old movies. But with 3 other Flat screens in this House you can Watch TV where ever you want! Cabela’s the world foremost outfitter is exactly 1mile away and you will be 3 minutes away from the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point ,Movie theater, Local Shops, Botanical Gardens and Restaurants.
This house is Centrally Located within driving distances to Salt Lake City, Temple Square, Park City, Sundance ski Resort, Big and Little cottonwood Canyons for world Class Skiing, and Timpanogos Cave National Monument. This house is no more than 15 minutes away from 10 Golf Course with one golf Course 2 minutes away at Thanks giving point with complete practice facility.
Main Level: The foyer opens to an expansive living room complete with a 46" Plasma high definition TV that includes Direct TV Choice Package, With an Oversized sectional to seat guests. The living room also has a remote controlled gas fireplace. The Main level has a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with a Keurig Single cup Coffee or tea maker.
There are Two (2) Bedrooms on the main level.
1. Lager Master bedroom Queen sized bed with 29” TV that has Direct TV. Master also has a large bathroom with shower and private Jacuzzi.
2. Second bedroom has Two (2) queen sized bed and own Bathroom.
Lower Level: There are Four (4) Bedrooms on the Lower level. Lower level also has large billiard room complete with 46" high definition Plasma TV and an Air Hockey table, with a Theater room which boast a 12’*9’ Movie Screen. The Theatre Room has Samsung 7.1 Digital Surround Sound including Powered Sub. The Laundry Room is also on the Lower level.
3. Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and an adjacent bathroom.
4. Bedroom has Queen Size bed (memory foam).
5. Nursery completed with a crib, Diaper genie, humidifier, baby monitor.(high chair, baby bath and pack and play also on property).
6. Bedroom has Two (2) sets of Bunk beds perfect for kids. Also has own bathroom.
The theater Room can comfortably seat 8 - 10 and extra people can fit on the floor with the use of bean bags and pillows.. We also have available 1 Queen air bed and a Comfort-Rest Rising Comfort Air Bed - Twin

We had a great time!
January 3, 2013
This was our family's first ever family vacation. Our entire family was able to participate. We loved our time together! Besides my husband and I and our two single children, we had our four married children, their spouses and all nine of our grandchildren together. This was a much anticipated event. Our family traveled from Boise, Pocatello, and Dayton, Idaho; Mesa, Arizona; Logan and Bountiful, Utah. We loved the location of the home, the outdoor grill, and the game room. The theater room was amazing after we did some unexpected major technical repairs at our own expense. ($300 that we hope will be refunded back to us.) The theater room is frigid and if you use the portable heaters while you're operating the entertainment features, it shorts the electrical circuits. Things like that are unexpected and annoying. Operating and set-up instructions for the theater room would be excellent and save a lot of time and frustration. The popcorn machine is awesome!!! The kitchen is lovely and well stocked, but the dishwasher is broken and has been for some time. It has stale, stinky water sitting in the bottom of it. It was really icky and not acceptable. We liked having a highchair, a baby monitor and baby change table and a crib! That was amazing. The caretakers were helpful but could do nothing about these problems without the owner's consent. We loved the laundry facilities and the cleanliness of the house. The outdoor walk and driveway was icy and snowy. The guests before us did not maintain them. We loved the lighted Christmas tree and the cozy fireplace. They were perfect. The age appropriate toys in the playroom would have had more appeal had new batteries been installed in them. The air hockey game and pool table were a hit! At the end of our stay, we wished we had rented it for one more day. It would be well if the home owners were sure that everything that's advertised is in working order. Those are things we will be sure to check out before we rent again.

This beautiful home was so much fun for our family. We stayed here for a week and some days had a hard time just leaving the house and getting out to sight see because there were so many fun things to do at the house! There was plenty of room for everyone, the home is beautifully decorated and we all felt very comfortable and relaxed there. I loved the central location- we had things to do both in Provo as well as Park City and neither was too far of a drive. All the supplies and comforts for our baby were so helpful- we didn't have to pack a travel bed or high chair and that was a relief! The older kids especially enjoyed the basement with all the entertainment. The big screen theater room was amazing. I don't know why anyone would ever want to go to a real movie theater when they have this set up!! And the hundreds of movies to choose from was a huge bonus. The owners were very nice and seemed to bend over backwards to make our stay excellent. Since they live out of state, their very capable local housekeeper/caretaker was able to help with a few things like extra blankets and pillows when needed. We plan to come back again to this area and hope this home is available again when we are. It was a huge upgrade over staying in a hotel like we normally do. Thank you, again!!!
With 14 adults and 3 children, I am so happy that we chose this home to accomodate our visitors for my sons wedding. The facility is tastefully decorated, is clean and well maintained, and there are activities on site for people of all ages. The kids loved the trampoline and toys, and the adults enjoyed the movie theatre, popcorn machine and pool table. The kitchen is really, really nice (there's an extra fridge in the garage) with everything you need right there .... and we loved the deck and barbecue area. But what I was most impressed with were the owners. They are very kind and patient, and they know all there is to know about this home. They responded promptly, if not immediately, when we needed them, and I dont hesitate to write a recommendation. Try it you'll love it, the space is awesome.

The house is beautiful and accomodates many people comfortably. There is a lot to keep the kids occupied without having to go out all the time. It was a much better choice than getting a couple of hotel suites! The theater and game rooms were a big hit! It was a great place to have family get together. Camille was extremely accomodating and got back to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. When we left some treasured photos behind, she made sure we got them back. Thanks Camille!
We stayed at this home for only a short time, but we would definitely stay here again. The theatre room was a big hit with all the kids, who loved playing games on the huge screen. We slept comfortably, and the proprietors were very accommodating to our particular departure and arrival times. thank you very much Camille!

My family just had a family reunion with 14 people. We found this home to be perfect for all of our needs. We were all impressed by the theater room and my 5 year old was made that we didn't have time for him to choose a movie. The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked up with hot chocolate which we all loved and the bedrooms were comfortable. The air hockey table was also a hit! The owners were very helpful and anwsered email very promptly. We will definitely coming to stay next time we are in the area!
My family and i rented this home for a week, we loved the HUGE theater room, the picture do not give it justice.my husband loved watching his NBA games on that screen. the owners were so friendly and helpful. The fact that we were provided breakfast food, because they knew we were driving in from Indiana made my day.Our kids loved the game room and the play room. there is so much to say about this house, one word i can use is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting value for money and a comfortable place to vacation.Thanksgiving point was great also.
My family and i have vacation at this property 4 time in the past 2 yrs, and i must say i look forward to that theater room and game room. The owner really take pride in this home, i love that and the fact that they provide amenities that are not even listed in the description of the property. we needed extra sheets and they were all available on property. The kitchen was well stocked and had more appliances than what i was expecting in a vacation home. Camille make us feel like this was our home. We love her pleasant personality . This home is great, i would recommend it, just not when i want it!
