Description of the Lehigh Acres vacation home rental

The home is 1485 sq ft and is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in the bedrooms, den and living area. There is a covered Lanai and wonderful refreshing swimming pool with a screened enclosure adding an additional 950 sq. ft of area. The Lanai has a patio table with 6 chairs and 2 loungers for the pool area.

The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house has an open floor plan with an awesome 3 door slider opening into the lanai / pool area. The Living room features a 40" Flat Screen TV with dish network and DVD/VHS player. The Dining area has seating for six and the kitchen bar has seating for three. Including Wireless High Speed Internet.

The master suite has a queen-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 32" Flat Screen TV on the wall and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed attached to a Jack and Jill bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a den available for a quiet reading spot and a separate utility room with washer/dryer. There is also a two car garage with direct access into the home.

The swimming pool gets the sun all day long, but the screened-in lanai with overhang offers more than enough shade throughout the day. The pool uses an advanced Healthcare System instead of chlorine and has a solar heater to keep the pool warm.

Area Information

Lehigh is located less than ten miles from Fort Myers and within 30 miles of some of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island,Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island are just a short drive away and offer some of the world’s most romantic beaches ideal for shelling, sun bathing and observing wildlife.

Lehigh is a quiet, serene community, tucked away from the fast pace of everyday life. It is a suburban community with breathtaking, natural beauty, with easy access to the International Airport, fine restaurants and great shopping opportunities.

Enjoy the heated pool, go golfing, play tennis, play miniature golf, take a boat tour, have fun on the beach or book a trip to one of the many attractions that we have nearby.

It’s the perfect spot for a short or extended getaway.

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home

Had a great vacation in this beautiful home! So many extras were included that it was very hassle free. The house is nicely decorated and well kept. Very nice area, good variety of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to clean beaches, flea markets, airports, golfing, nature center and many more interesting sites. Beautiful pool, heated, no chlorine! Lovely landscaped yard. A very memorable vacation I plan to repeat, am booking this house again for next year!
