We've known Thomas and Suzanne for two years and I can tell you, we've not met better owners of a rental property. Their attention to detail and care of the home is I feel, superior to other properties. We've stayed in Florida during winter months for many years now, but I would not hesitate to always return to their wonderful rental home. Their attention to every detail is a cut above. They provide you with every thing that you would have at your own home, and if you do need something they are more than willing to supply it to ensure that you have a pleasant, enjoyable stay. It's obvious they both take pride in their rental investment, and go out of their way to maintain the home and yard. Our most favorite area is the salt water pool and surrounding lanai area, which is meticulously maintained.We also cherish our privacy and quiet and the surrounding area and neighborhood itself is so quiet and peaceful you would imagine yourselves far away. Two empty lots on either stde of the home also ensure much privacy. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place which all of the above descriptions apply. We would not hesitate to return, and I will tell you after years of renting in Florida, you will not experience a more enjoyable and relaxing time. After a hectic day traveling to whatever destination, we always looked forward to returning to the peace and quiet of the home and surrounding area. Another nice feature is the Sweet Bay (grocery store) is about 10" away. Other stores and strip malls are no further than 20"away, and its a "straight shot" so to speak on a not to heavily trafficed state road. I could go on further,but I think I've probably said enough. Suffice it yo say that we've thoroughly enjoyed our times spent at ths Schmidts' rental home. So if you're seeking serenity a wonderful sun filled lanai and the best salt water pool/ then this is the place for you. By the way we stayed two months this past winter and will return for three months in 2013. That's how much we enjoyed our stay and the graciousness of Thomas and Susanne Schmidt.

This home is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The owner Thomas is easy to deal with and very helpful. Our pets loved the lanai and watching the water in the pool. The pool and the grounds were taken care of every week. I don't think I have any negatives about the house, it was a wonderful experience. It is a bit of a distance to the gulf beaches, but we knew that when we first rented. Thank you Thomas and Suzanne for letting us bring our cat along with our 2 little dogs. They enjoyed it as much as we did. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a worry free Florida vacation.
