Villa Katrin in Lehigh Acres is very lovely and clean. It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large livingroom with office area, high speed internet and a printer The local calls are free. It has a beautiful solar heated pool The pool has a small child protection, wich can be as desired on or degraded. The villa also has a large double garage and a large garden. Local calls are free.
There is a TV 50 Zoll with USB and an another TV in a guestroom.
For children are there a highstool and a children bed .

Area Information

Villa Katrin is situated in a quiet residential area with single family homes and land by a half an 1 acres. Florida attractions are all reached good. Similarly, Fort Myers Beach ca. 20 minutes drive away and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island about 40 minutes away. The newly built "Gulf Coast Town Center" offers plenty of shops, including a large cinema, restaurants, bars and live music at the weekend. A few miles you will found a large outlet
mall "Miramar",where you can always make a good bargain.

Lehigh Acres is a small town overgrown with palm trees and located about 20 minutes from Fort Myers. There are plenty of shops and several restaurants, two golf courses and a tennis court. The tennis court is free.
