Description of the Lenox vacation home rental
This lovely, furnished duplex is on the top of a hill, surrounded by large, old maple and pine trees and lovely gardens. It is a mile from Tanglewood, and a pleasant walk from the center of Historic Lenox Village. The exterior has newly installed, misty-gray siding. Downstairs are two entryways; living room with built-in bookcases; dinning room with dark wood ceiling beams and beautiful hard wood floors; full bath; roomy, country style kitchen with breakfast nook; and laundry room. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a queen. Throughout is a central vacuum cleaner system, and cable and telephone jacks.
Tanglewood, Cranwell Resort Spa & Golf Club, Shakespeare & Company, Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, the Norman Rockwell Museum, Canyon Ranch, Hancock Shaker Village, Chesterwood, Edit Warton’s Estate; the Mount, the Clark Art Institute, Berkshire Botanical Gardens, countless restaurants, and many other cultural, recreational, and shopping attractions. Lenox is about a three hour drive from both Boston and New York City.
