Description of the Lexington vacation cottage rental
This beautiful simple yet gorgeous Guest cottage is the ultimate relaxation destination situated on a Knoll nearby Jump Mountain. The cottage boasts of an amazing style of craftsmanship. The living area is wide open with adjacent dining and kitchen area downstairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Gas Electric Range, Refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave along with the cooking utensils. There is a sitting area in the upstairs and a work station with a futon bed. The main sleeping area is having a Queen Bed. The cottage features a hot tub, fire pit and a large deck area for your relaxation. Relax yourself in the Private Hot Tub from where you can have the best mountain view. For your children there are Video Games and a lovely tree house to play. There is a large Charcoal BBQ Grill in the pond area.
There is a large 1 acre pond where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. For your use there is a two person Old Towne Canoe, life preservers and 2 single Kayaks.

$200/night on weekends and holidays
$180/night weekdays
$1050/full week other than holidays
All above rates include all fees and taxes.
There is a large 1 acre pond where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. For your use there is a two person Old Towne Canoe, life preservers and 2 single Kayaks.

Area Information
The cottage is situated just adjacent to A Wild Life Management Area. A truly adventurous place to see the wildlife such as deer, turkey (occasional) and bird watching. There are many wood marked trails. Just 15 miles from the Famous Lexington area where you can visit Horse Center, VMI, Washington and Lee University.
