Lakefront Ice Fishing Boating Retreat in Catskills

Our lakefront home is located in the beautiful and peaceful Catskill Mountains. It is a two level home, with a deck that overlooks the peaceful Swan Lake. On the upper level there is a large deck whick overlooks the lake, furnished with very comfortable deck furniture, a dining table with seating for 6 and a propane BBQ grill. There is also a screened in outdoor room, again comfortabley furnished. The upper level has a living room and dining area, again with seating for at least 6 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. This level also has 2 bedrooms, and 2 newly renovated bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi bathtub. The lower level has very large living area/den with a pullout queen sleeper, a large 60" tv and a full size pool table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this level. The third bathroom is located on this level, and the best part is this has a 6 person steam rooom.

The lake house offers a host of year round activities including fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, ice fishing and eagle spotting.
It is located in the Catskill Mountains, famous for trout fly fishing, hiking, huntung, snowmobiling and cross country skiing.
Located 20 mins from Holiday Mountain, which is a gret year-round activity center for both adults and children.
Located 10 mins from Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center.
