Description of the Lihue vacation condo rental

I have 12 pages of pictures of every room, the resort, facilities, beach and much more at my site. This is the best equipped condo on the island. It is far more then a rental it is my personal place and is a home away from home and not just a rental. There are ceiling fans, two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, also TV with digital cable, DVD, Stereo in each and high speed internet is available. The king bed is firm with a memory foam pillow top, 600 thread count sheets provide sleep luxury. Speakman showerhead, large beach towels, beach mats and chairs, large and smaller coolers. The kitchen is gourmet, fine china, wine glasses, additioal appliances, electric can opener, popcorn maker, waffle maker, George Foreman grill, food processor, salad bowl and spinner. I provide all the toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, laundry soap and a condiment drawer. The interior was remodeled two years ago with new kitchen cabinets, granite, appliances include new stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator has filtered water and ice, washer and dryer and filtered water at the sink. Everything is high end, the doors are solid varnished mahagony and every detail is seen to. I am here often so you get what I provide myself, the best.

It is centrally located on a secluded beautifully landscaped property between Lihue and Kapaa next to the Wailua golf course. It is the best location on the island for getting to either side and all shopping. Only 5 minutes north of the airport so arrival and departure is very easy, fast and you are not trapped on either side if a traffic problem happens. Only 30 minutes to Priceville or Poipu makes seing the whole island easy. It is on a 3 mile long secluded beach that starts at the condo and goes all the way to Lydgate Park. Walk to Lydgate in 45 minutes or a quick 3 minute car ride. The property is secluded a half mile from the road and is shared by the Hilton Hotel and Wyndham Resorts. Pool, Jucuzzi, Tennis Courts and BBQ's are available and if desired you can pay a $15 resort fee for the room and all in it to the Hilton to use their facilities. Just to mention. Kauai has tens of thousands of chickens and roosters protected by law roaming all over the island from the last hurricane in 1992. They are everywhere and make noise in the morning. It is part of the island experience.

You are with 5 - 10 minutes of every major grocery store, best shopping, cinemas, best parks and more. Also I provide free long distance in the US, US Teritories and Canada. High speed internet is $25 a week.
