The flat living room has view of the nicest and well know Avenida in Miraflores, it is sunny, has a good day light. THis Elegant decorated flat has 2 double bedrooms, one single, 3 bathrooms, one in suit. Large living room nice view. Dining room for 8. Well equip kitchen. WiFi. Cable. Laundry facilities[ wash and dryer].Telephone. Maid services 2 hours daily from Monday through Friday. Cordon Blue Cook on request at extra cost. 24 hours porter [2] also 2 lifts/elevator. Sleeps 5

This flat has a good ventilation, the air that comes in, is cool, this thanks to the manner the building was built. Making the hot summer days of '' January, Feb, March'' pleasant to be in the flat.

This flat is Only 3 streets away from the Oval'' Plaza Kennedy' heart of Miraflores and all amenities such as shops,cinemas, galleries, banks, coffee-shops, restaurants and some of the best gastronomic restaurants of Lima. The Beach is near by [ 7 minutes]. also is near by the well know Larcomar with it's different amenities.. some our guest have use the two Gym's across the building, one of them offer spa and swimming pool Car garage next to building and rates for those both facilities are very reasonable.

Rates are very competitive for this flat that is Elegant, light, comfortable situated in a great location and in a nice building.

$ 70/85 dollars or 45/65 Euros daily, minimun stay 4 nights $ 390 /430 dollars or 260/300 Euros weekly [ sleeps 5]
Deposit $ 200 dollars or 120 Euros to secure reservation. The rent and guaranty must be pay full on arrival,[less deposit ] the guaranty shall be return to you on departure, after checking inventory list.

Good value for money. A well know Hotel across the street from the building, rates there for 1 double room are from $220/350 + taxes per night. Apt-Hotels in the area rates are over $130 per night for double bed, tiny mini living room with small sofa for 2, small table, 2 chairs with open mini kitchenet. For over $350 per night you can get 2 bed , small living room and some of the hotels- apt do not have any nice view at all.
