Description of the Lima vacation apartment rental

We own 2 new apartments of 130m2 in this building, big enough to feel like you are in your own house, beautiful sofa so you can relax and listen a nice soft music. Edificio Mirafiori is located at Calle Manco Capac 688-690 very quite and safe place near ave larco and larco mar (2blocks). The building has a 24hrs surveillance camera and a security guard. One apartment is located on 5ht floor and the 2nd apartment is on the 6th floor. Each apartment has 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 nightstand, alarm clock a wall to wall walk-in closet tv/dvd player.
The second bedromm has a full size bed, 1 nightstand, tv/dvd player and a walk-in closet, the 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed and walk-in closet,there is an extra small room with an extra twin bed for a guess or maid, cable magico HBO/CINEMAX/SHOWTIME/CNN IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH AT NO CHARGE. Big living room with a leather sofas and a beautiful dining room, a bar with an stereo and dvd in the living room.
We provide speed DSL wireless internet.
Complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, blender,waflera, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, beer glasses, salda bowls.)and a beautiful morning breakfast and laundry washer/dryer/iron with iron-board, hot water for all 3 bathrooms.

Area Description

We are near the strip of Miraflores, where at walking distance, you will have many fine and popular restaurants, pubs, casinos, nightclubs, shopping centers, art galleries, banks, souveniers stores.
